Can you delete or remove my old domain, service, or hosting from my account?

Unfortunately, we are unable to delete or remove old domains, services, or hosting accounts from your account, as we need to retain this information for historical records. However, you can filter your client area to only display Active domains, services, or hosting accounts.

How do I filter my hosting account or services in the client area?


To filter your hosting account or services in the client area, please follow the steps below:

Log in to the Elitehost Client Area
Click on “Services” and then select “My Services”.
You will be redirected to a page where all your services are listed.
On the left-hand side of the page, you can select the filter you would like to apply (e.g., Active, Expired).
Once the filter is selected, your service list will be updated to show only the services that match your chosen filter.

How do I filter my domains to only show "Active, Pending, Cancelled, Expired, Fraud or Grace Period"?


To filter your domains within your client area, follow these steps:

Log in to the Elitehost Client Area
Click on Domains and then select My Domains.
On the left-hand side of the page, choose the filter you would like to apply (e.g., Active, Expired).
Once the filter is selected, your domain list will be updated to show only the domains that match the chosen filter.
