# Do you offer SSH access?

Yes, we offer SSH (Secure Shell) access for our **Business** and **Reseller** hosting packages. SSH allows you to securely connect to your hosting account's server, providing terminal access for tasks such as file management, software installation, and other administrative functions.

#### How do I get SSH access?

SSH is not enabled by default, but if you are using a **Business** or **Reseller** package, you can request to have it activated. To do this, you’ll need to submit a request. If you're a reseller, please specify the **cPanel username/domain** for which you would like SSH access enabled.
