How can I access the SpamExperts control panel?
If you’re using one of our Business hosting packages, SpamExperts is automatically enabled by default to help protect your inbox from spam and unwanted emails. To manage and fine-tune your spam filtering settings, you can access the SpamExperts control panel directly from your cPanel account.
Log in to cPanel.
Use your cPanel credentials to log in. (Refer to our article: How do I log into cPanel?)
Navigate to Professional Spam Filter.
In the Mail section of the cPanel dashboard, click on Professional Spam Filter. This will open the SpamExperts interface.
Manage Your Spam Settings.
Once in the SpamExperts control panel, you can:
Review and release quarantined emails.
Manage allow list and block list for email addresses or domains.
Adjust the filtering sensitivity.
By accessing the SpamExperts control panel, you can ensure that your spam filtering is working effectively and customise settings as needed to protect your inbox.
