How can I allow or block email addresses using SpamExperts?
SpamExperts allows you to configure rules that override the spam filter for selected recipients and senders. It's important to note that these rules only turn off content filtering. If the sender's mail server is poorly configured, does not comply with open standards, or is listed on a real-time blacklist, it will not be possible to whitelist that sender.
SpamExperts is available only with our Business Hosting packages. If you’re using a different hosting package, this feature will not be available. However, SpamAssassin is included with all hosting packages. For more details, refer to this guide: I am receiving too much spam. How can I reduce it?.
Log in to cPanel:
Access your cPanel account using your credentials. (Refer to our article: How do I log into cPanel?)
Access SpamExperts:
In the cPanel dashboard, go to the Email section and click on Professional Spam Filter.
Add Sender to Allow List:
Click on the Sender Allow List button and then + Add Sender to Allow List.
Enter the domain in the address box (e.g., example.co.za) and choose Sender Flag: "Apply to Both".
If you want to allow a specific email address instead of an entire domain, enter the part before @ into the Local-part field (e.g., enter john.smith to allow emails from john.smith@example.co.za).
