How can I suspend or unsuspend a cPanel account in WHM?
As a reseller, WHM allows you to suspend and unsuspend your customers' cPanel accounts. Suspension is temporary, meaning you can later unsuspend the account if needed. This feature is often used when waiting for a payment or addressing other temporary issues.
Log in to WHM.
- Use your reseller credentials to access WHM.
Navigate to List Accounts.
- In the left-hand menu, go to Account Information -> List Accounts.
Locate the Account.
- You will see a list of all cPanel accounts under your management.
Suspend an Account:
- Next to the account you want to suspend, click the "+" symbol to open the actions panel.
- Click Suspend to temporarily disable the account.
Unsuspend an Account:
- To unsuspend the account, click the "+" symbol again, and select Unsuspend.
That's it! You’ve successfully suspended or unsuspended a cPanel account.
