# How do I access webmail?

###### To access Webmail, navigate to:

`https://exampledomain.co.za/webmail`

On the Webmail login page, enter the email address you wish to access along with the corresponding password. This password is the one you selected when you created the email account in cPanel.

|| If port 2096 is blocked, you can use https://webmail.exampledomain.co.za to access your webmail.

###### Forgot Email Account Password

If you’ve forgotten your email account password, you can reset it in cPanel:

1. Click on the **Email Accounts** icon.
2. Locate your email account and click the **Manage** button next to it.
3. On the following page, you will have the option to reset your password.

###### Access Webmail via cPanel

1. **Log in to your cPanel account.**
2. **Scroll down to the "Email" section.**
3. **Click on "Email Accounts."**
4. **Locate the email account** you want to access and click on the **"Check Email"** button next to it.

By following these steps, you can easily access your Webmail or reset your password if needed.
