How do I check the email logs in SpamExperts?

SpamExperts provides an email log feature that allows you to view detailed logs of incoming emails. This can be helpful for troubleshooting issues related to email delivery and spam filtering.

Steps to Check Email Logs:



Log in to cPanel:

Access your cPanel account using your credentials. (Refer to our article: How do I log into cPanel?)

Access SpamExperts:

In the cPanel dashboard, navigate to the Email section and click on Professional Spam Filter.

Navigate to the Logs View:

In the SpamExperts interface, locate the Logs option under the Incoming section.

Search the Email Logs:

You will see the Log Search screen. Here, you can adjust the search parameters to find specific emails:
Set the desired timeframe for your search.
Add a new rule by selecting parameters such as Sender or Subject. Choose "contains" and enter the specific keyword or email address in the corresponding field.
Click Show Results to execute your search.

Perform Actions on Emails:

Select one or more emails from the log to apply actions. The available options include:
Remove from quarantine: Deletes the email without delivering it.
Release from quarantine: Delivers the email to the intended recipient.
Release and train from quarantine: Delivers the email and helps the filter learn not to quarantine similar emails in the future.

SpamExperts (Professional Spam Filter) is only available with business hosting packages.
