# How do I disable greylisting in cPanel?

Greylisting is a security feature that temporarily rejects emails from unknown senders to help protect against spam. If you're not receiving emails from a specific domain and suspect greylisting may be the cause, you can disable it for your domain. Here’s how:

1. **Log in to cPanel.**

2. **Navigate to the Greylisting Configuration.**
   * Scroll down to the **"Email"** section in the cPanel dashboard.
   * Click on **"Configure Greylisting."**

   * Choose the domain for which you want to disable greylisting from the list of available domains.

4. **Turn Off Greylisting.**
   * Change the greylisting status to **Off** for the selected domain.
