How do I manage the spam quarantine in SpamExperts?
SpamExperts provides a spam quarantine feature that allows you to review and manage emails flagged as spam. This is useful for ensuring legitimate emails are not mistakenly blocked. Here’s how to manage the spam quarantine:
Log in to cPanel:
Access your cPanel account using your credentials. (Refer to our article: How do I log into cPanel?)
Access the Professional Spam Filter:
In the cPanel dashboard, locate the Mail section and click on Professional Spam Filter.
Choose Your Domain:
Select the domain or subdomain for which you want to manage the spam settings and click Login.
View Quarantined Emails:
Click on the Quarantine button to see the list of emails that have been flagged as spam.
Search for Specific Emails:
You can check for specific emails manually or use the Query Rules feature to narrow down your search. Click on + New Rule and specify criteria such as Sender, Recipient, or Subject.
Take Action on Quarantined Emails:
To remove an email from quarantine and deliver it to the inbox, click the arrow next to the email and choose one of the following options:
Release: Deliver the email as normal.
Release and Train: Deliver the email and train SpamExperts to better detect similar emails.
Release and Whitelist: Deliver the email and whitelist the sender’s email address for future correspondence.
Remove: Delete the email from quarantine. (Note: Emails are automatically deleted after 2 weeks.)
Remove and Blacklist: Delete the email and automatically quarantine any future emails from the sender.
Batch Actions:
If you want to perform actions on multiple emails, check the boxes next to each email. Scroll down, select the desired action, and click Apply.
By managing your spam quarantine effectively, you can ensure that important emails are not lost while still blocking unwanted spam.
