# How long does it take to set up my account?

* **Shared/Reseller accounts** are set up **immediately upon payment**.
* **VPS accounts** take **15 minutes to 6 hours**, but may require further verification.

Upon signing up, you'll receive an invoice. Once the invoice is settled, your account will be set up and the setup information will be emailed to you.

In some cases, an order may require manual intervention on our side or additional account verification, which could result in a slight delay.
