How do I login to cPanel?

cPanel is where you configure the various features of your web hosting. Your cPanel login details are included in your welcome email.

You can access cPanel either via a single-click button in your Elitehost Client Area or directly using your username and password. Below are the steps for both methods:

Method 1: Log into cPanel via Elitehost Client Area

This is the easiest method as it doesn’t require entering your username and password.

Go to the Elitehost Client Area.
Log in with your client account credentials.
Under Your Active Products/Services, find the hosting package for your domain.
Click the cPanel Login button next to the service.

You will be automatically logged into your cPanel account without needing to enter a separate username and password.

Method 2: Accessing cPanel Directly via URL

cPanel can usually be accessed via https://exampledomain.co.za/cpanel - for example, if your domain is exampledomain.co.za, you would use https://exampledomain.co.za/cpanel

If your domain name does not resolve to our server's IP address (for instance, if your nameservers are not set to Elitehost's), you won't be able to access cPanel using your domain name. In such cases, you should log in to cPanel using the server hostname, e.g., https://serverhostname/cpanel. You will need to enter your cPanel username and password, which are provided in your welcome email.
