How do I update the personal details on my account?
To update the personal details on your account, such as your physical address, VAT number, or cellphone number, please follow these steps:
- Log in to the Elitehost Client Area
- Click on the green "Update" button on the left hand side menu title "Your Info".
- Edit and update your details as needed.
Please note:
- Your updated details will only appear on the next invoice generated. Our system does not modify proforma invoices that have already been issued.
- Your details cannot be updated on past tax invoices, as tax invoices are legally binding documents that cannot be altered.
