How to update the registered email address for the client area?


To update the registered email address for the client area, you will need to update the email address in two places, one updates the account details, and one updates the information on the billing profile :


To Update the Account Details:

  1. Log in to the Elitehost Client Area
  2. Click on "Hello (Client)"
  3. Click on "Account Details"
  4. Edit and update your details as needed.
  5. Hit "Save"


To Update the Billing Profile Information:

  1. Log in to the Elitehost Client Area
  2. Click on "Hello (Client)"
  3. Click on "Your Profile"
  4. Change email address.
  5. Hit "Save"
