How do I upgrade my VPS?
You can easily upgrade your VPS from the Elitehost Client Area if you need more resources, such as additional CPU, memory, or disk space.
Log in to the Elitehost Client Area.
Go to Services > My Services.
Find your VPS and click Manage.
In the left-hand menu under Actions, click Upgrade/Downgrade.
Select your new VPS package from the list.
Click Choose Product and follow the prompts to complete payment (if applicable).
Please note:
Once payment is confirmed, the new resources will be applied to your VPS configuration. You’ll need to reboot the server via the Client Area at a suitable time for the changes to take effect.
If the Upgrade/Downgrade option is not available, please submit a ticket or email helpdesk@elitehost.co.za.
VPS downgrades are not possible, as reducing disk space may result in data loss or file system corruption.
