How do I disable greylisting in cPanel?

Greylisting is a security feature that temporarily rejects emails from unknown senders to help protect against spam. If you're not receiving emails from a specific domain and suspect greylisting may be the cause, you can disable it for your domain. Here’s how:

  1. Log in to cPanel.

  1. Navigate to the Greylisting Configuration.
  • Scroll down to the "Email" section in the cPanel dashboard.
  • Click on "Configure Greylisting."

  1. Select the Domain.
  • Choose the domain for which you want to disable greylisting from the list of available domains.

  1. Turn Off Greylisting.
  • Change the greylisting status to Off for the selected domain.

Disabling greylisting will remove the temporary rejection of emails from unknown sources, which may help resolve your issue with delayed/missing emails.
