What are the settings for email configuration?
To configure your email account for use with an email client, we recommend using the SSL/TLS configuration for added security. Below are the settings for both SSL/TLS and Non-SSL configurations.
SSL/TLS Configuration (Recommended)
**Username: **Use the full email address.
Password: Use the email account’s password. _ (If you do not know the mailbox password, you will need to change it in cPanel.)_
Incoming Server: mail.exampledomain.co.za
IMAP Port: 993
**POP3 Port: **995
Outgoing Server: mail.exampledomain.co.za
**SMTP Port: **465
IMAP, POP3, and SMTP require authentication.
Secure Password Authentication (SPA): Disabled
Non-SSL Configuration
**Username: **Use the full email address.
Password: Use the email account’s password.
Incoming Server: mail.exampledomain.co.za
IMAP Port: 143
POP3 Port: 110
Outgoing Server: mail.exampledomain.co.za
**SMTP Port: **26
IMAP, POP3, and SMTP require authentication.
Secure Password Authentication (SPA): Disabled
