How do I create an email account in cPanel?
To create an email account in cPanel, follow these steps:
- Log into cPanel, refer to article: How do I log into cPanel?.
- In the Email section, click on Email Accounts.
- On the Email Accounts page, click the + Create button.
- In the Domain dropdown, select the domain for which you want to create the email account.
- In the Username field, enter the desired email address username (e.g., info to create info@exampledomain.co.za).
- In the Password section, either generate a strong password or manually enter one. Make sure it’s secure and note it down.
- (Optional) Under the Storage Space field, specify the mailbox quota (e.g., 500MB or 1GB), or leave it as Unlimited.
- Click Create to finalize the email account creation.
Accessing Your New Email Account
Once the account is created, you can access your email in several ways:
