How do I create an email account in cPanel?

To create an email account in cPanel, follow these steps:


Log into cPanel, refer to article: How do I log into cPanel?.
In the Email section, click on Email Accounts.
On the Email Accounts page, click the + Create button.
In the Domain dropdown, select the domain for which you want to create the email account.
In the Username field, enter the desired email address username (e.g., info to create info@exampledomain.co.za).
In the Password section, either generate a strong password or manually enter one. Make sure it’s secure and note it down.
(Optional) Under the Storage Space field, specify the mailbox quota (e.g., 500MB or 1GB), or leave it as Unlimited.
Click Create to finalize the email account creation.

Accessing Your New Email Account


Once the account is created, you can access your email in several ways:

Webmail: Access your email at exampledomain.co.za/webmail Learn how to access Webmail
